Building Relationships That Last Beyond the Sale
What my clients say happens after the keys change hands, in their own words.
Closing day is the moment everyone celebrates, but it is rarely the last time my clients call me. The questions do not stop once the keys change hands. They simply change.
A new homeowner wants to know who to call about the roof, whether the kitchen or the bathrooms deserve the budget first, and where the neighbors go for dinner. Those are the conversations I value most, because they are where a client relationship becomes a lasting one. Mark and Abigail B. put it simply when they wrote that I “continued to assist us through and after the sale.”
The Right People for Every Project
Over the years I have built a trusted network of contractors, tradespeople and designers across Fairfield County, and I share it freely. Whether a client needs a roofer next month or an electrician five years from now, I am glad to make the introduction.
“Even post-close, she has been great supplying plenty of referrals on everything from roofers to interior designers to good restaurants.”
Pat and Kristen W.
“She was always able to recommend handymen, painters, electricians, and whoever we needed as things arose.”
Andrew and Kristen R.
Renovation Advice with Resale in Mind
Many of my clients buy with a project in mind. I help them think through design choices and weigh which improvements are likely to add the most value at resale, and which are simply for their own enjoyment. Both are worth doing. It helps to know which is which.
“Even after closing, she has remained a valuable resource as we renovate.”
Eliza H.
“Her investment and renovation skills paired with strong EQ make her a strong advocate.”
Dean and Lauren M.
Getting to Know the Neighborhood
A new town takes time to learn. I am always happy to answer questions about the neighborhood, from local services to the best places to spend a Saturday, and to introduce clients to people in town on a personal level. A familiar face or two makes a new address feel like home much sooner.
“She has deep relationships in the Fairfield community and knows the local market top to bottom.”
Susan S.
Relationships That Come Full Circle
Some of the relationships I value most have carried across more than one move.
“We initially worked with Shoshana when we bought our first home in 2014 and most recently in the search for our forever home.”
Ian and Jennifer D.
“Shoshana is not just a realtor; she’s a trusted partner and a key reason for my continued success in real estate.”
James P.
And sometimes a client becomes something more. Joseph and Melissa K. wrote, “We are really happy we can now call her a friend.”
That is the part of this work I treasure most. A transaction ends at the closing table. A relationship does not.
If you are considering buying or selling in Fairfield County, I am here to help. With more than 15 years of experience and a deep understanding of the local market, I can provide the guidance and strategy you need to make your next move a confident one. Reach out anytime. I would love to connect.
