101 Applegate Road is under contract, and I am lucky to represent the buyers in such an exciting next chapter. What makes this one worth writing about is that the house is not finished yet. My clients committed to it on elevations, floor plans, and a finish schedule — a different kind of decision than walking through a home and simply knowing.

What they bought is approximately 4,880 square feet across three levels of living, on just over a quarter-acre in Fairfield Woods: four bedrooms, three full and one half bath, and plans that show an open main level with a designer kitchen and a spacious island at the heart of it.
